Meet your physiotherapist

Your symptoms. Your movement. Your goals.

Mansi combines physiotherapy with Pilates-based movement support. Your appointment starts with what matters to you: walking comfortably, getting through a working day, returning to exercise or feeling more confident in your movement.

She will ask about your symptoms and health history, examine the problem and explain the options. Your plan may include rehabilitation exercises, advice and hands-on treatment where appropriate. If another assessment or referral would be more suitable, she will explain why.

Progress is reviewed with you. The treatment and number of appointments depend on your needs, rather than a fixed promise of results.

Before you book

Do I need a GP referral?

No GP referral is needed for a private appointment. If an insurer is paying, confirm its authorisation requirements before booking.

What should I wear or bring?

Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move and allows the relevant area to be assessed. Bring any relevant reports and a list of current medicines.

Is treatment included in the first appointment?

The visit includes assessment and a treatment plan. Treatment or exercise advice may begin when appropriate; the approach depends on your examination and needs.

Can I use my Fit for Life individual session?

Call Louise or Charlie to arrange your included session. Do not book a standard £149 first assessment expecting a membership credit to be applied. Read about Fit for Life.

What if I need to cancel?

Please give at least 24 hours' notice for an appointment cancellation. Contact the clinic if you need to change your booking.
