Main package

Complete Pelvic Health Support Package

£585

This is the route for most new pelvic health concerns where you want the Emsella treatment plan plus clinical guidance, rehab advice and exercise support. The aim is better control, confidence and function, without leaving you to work it out alone.

  • Initial pelvic health consultation and management plan
  • Six Emsella treatments, usually two per week
  • Four physiotherapy sessions across the month
  • Home exercises and pelvic health rehab support
  • Review of progress and advice on next steps
1. Assessment and plan

We start by listening properly, checking what is going on and writing a clear management plan for your symptoms and goals.

2. Six Emsella treatments

Chair-based, non-invasive electromagnetic pelvic floor treatment, usually booked twice weekly over three weeks.

3. Four physio sessions

You get support across the month, not just a machine-led treatment. We help you build strength, control and confidence.

4. Home rehab support

Simple exercises and advice to help you keep improving between appointments and after the package finishes.

After the package

Need a top-up later?

Some people do well with a one-off Emsella top-up after a few months, especially if symptoms start to creep back or they want a confidence boost before travel, sport or a busy life stage.

  • Suitable for existing pelvic health clients
  • One Emsella chair treatment
  • Rehab advice where appropriate
  • We will tell you if a review is more appropriate than a top-up
Who it can help

Common problems we can help you make sense of.

Pelvic pressureProlapse symptoms, heaviness, pressure, bowel concerns or pelvic floor weakness that needs proper assessment.
Postnatal and menopauseReturn-to-exercise worries, pelvic floor changes, sensitivity changes or symptoms that start to affect normal life.
Men and post-prostateErectile dysfunction, bladder control changes or reduced pelvic floor confidence after prostate problems or surgery.
Sexual functionChanges in sexual function, sensitivity, confidence or control where pelvic floor support may be appropriate.
Mesh-related symptomsOngoing pelvic symptoms after mesh implant surgery where you need careful guidance on the right next step.
Pelvic painIntimate discomfort, pelvic pain or guarded movement patterns where physiotherapy advice may help.
Not sure what it is?You do not need the right clinical words. Tell us what has changed and we will help you choose the safest route.

If you are unsure whether the £585 package, a top-up, or a different appointment is right, ask first. We will point you to the safest next step.

Questions

Before you book.

Is the £585 just for Emsella?

No. The £585 is for the complete pelvic health support package. It includes six Emsella treatments, your initial consultation and management plan, four physiotherapy sessions, home exercises and pelvic health rehab support.

Is pelvic health support only for women?

No. We support men and women. Men may seek help after prostate problems, with pelvic floor weakness, bladder control changes, erectile dysfunction or confidence with sexual function.

Can it help sexual function or sensitivity?

Pelvic floor function can affect sexual confidence, sensitivity and control. We will assess what is appropriate for you and explain whether Emsella, physiotherapy support, home rehab or another route is the best next step.

What if I have had mesh implant surgery?

If you have ongoing pelvic symptoms after mesh implant surgery, we can help you understand what support may be appropriate and whether pelvic health physiotherapy is the right route. If you need medical review first, we will tell you.

Can I speak to someone before booking?

Yes. If you are not sure whether this is the right route, phone the clinic or message Charlie first. We will point you to the safest next step.

What if I only want a top-up?

Existing clients can ask about a one-off Emsella top-up for £85. If your symptoms have changed, we may recommend a review instead.

Do I need a GP referral?

No GP referral is needed to book with The Hub Glasgow. If your symptoms suggest you need medical review first, we will tell you.
