Meet Mansi
Mansi Sheth
Mansi Sheth is a Physiotherapist originally from Mumbai, India, who grew up between Abu Dhabi and India before moving to Scotland. She completed her undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy in India and went on to achieve a Master’s in Advanced Practice in Physiotherapy at Glasgow Caledonian University.
With a special interest in chronic pain and women’s health, Mansi is passionate about empowering clients through evidence-based physiotherapy and movement. She has completed further specialist training in pain management and pelvic health, helping women regain strength, confidence, and control over their bodies.
As a fully qualified Pilates teacher, she leads beginner, classic reformer, and clinical Pilates classes, combining her physiotherapy expertise with movement therapy to support clients with injuries and long-term conditions.
Known for her fun, friendly nature and quick wit, Mansi has been in Glasgow for nearly two years and already feels like a true Glaswegian. She has a talent for putting people at ease and making rehabilitation an uplifting, enjoyable experience.

Please make sure this is a review apt, review apts are for patients who have started a plan of treatment they are not suitable for new injuries or pain. If its a new problem please book a first apt to allow us to assess you properly and get a plan in place.
