Training is taking its toll
You enjoy being active, but muscular tightness, soreness or heavy legs are making recovery and consistency harder.
A full first assessment followed by six one-hour sports massage or massage sessions, shaped around how your body feels and what you need it to do.

Training, work and everyday life can leave muscles feeling tight, tired or overloaded. We begin with an assessment, then use six full one-hour sessions to give you consistent, individual massage support.
You enjoy being active, but muscular tightness, soreness or heavy legs are making recovery and consistency harder.
Long hours, repeated positions or physical work are building tension through your back, neck, shoulders or legs.
You would rather have a planned run of appointments than wait until everything feels uncomfortable again.

A single massage can feel useful in the moment. A planned run of sessions lets the therapist understand your preferences, review how your body responds and support you through changing training, work and life demands.
The first appointment establishes your goals, relevant health information, preferences and any reasons massage may need to be adapted.
The session focus, pressure and areas treated are agreed with you and adjusted within safe professional practice.
Appointments can be planned around training blocks, busy work periods, recovery needs or regular time to look after yourself.
This is a massage-led package and does not diagnose an injury or replace medical or physiotherapy assessment. If your first appointment suggests massage is not appropriate, we will explain the safest next step.
A £149 first appointment plus six one-hour sports massage or massage sessions at £87 each would normally cost £671. The complete package is £497, saving £174 while giving you a consistent run of individual care.
Your therapist adapts each session to your health, preferences, goals and current presentation rather than repeating one fixed routine.

Yes. Each of the six follow-up massage appointments is a full one-hour session.
It may support muscular recovery and comfort, but it is not an injury-diagnosis package. New, severe or unexplained symptoms may need a clinic or medical assessment first.
A recent significant injury, unexplained swelling, redness or heat, suspected blood clot, chest pain, breathlessness, fever, new neurological symptoms or feeling seriously unwell needs prompt medical assessment rather than massage booking.
