SJ Walls is the Owner and Clinical Director of The Hub Glasgow, a multidisciplinary health clinic specialising in podiatry, physiotherapy, sports therapy, and Pilates.
A Specialist Musculoskeletal Podiatrist with over 27 years’ experience, she holds a BSc in Sports Science, a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry, an MSc in Public Health, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Diagnostic Ultrasound. She is also currently completing a PhD at Glasgow Caledonian University, focusing on rheumatoid arthritis, biomechanics, and ultrasound-based scoring systems.
Her expertise spans advanced musculoskeletal diagnostics, ultrasound imaging, 3D gait analysis, minor surgery, and rehabilitation.
As the founder of the Clinical Pilates Academy, SJ has mentored countless healthcare professionals, delivered international Pilates education, and spoken at major conferences. She also presents her research at national scientific meetings and has won multiple awards over the years for business, mentorship, and professional contribution.
Outside of work, SJ is a proud mum of three girls. She loves country music, has a quick sense of humour, and is known for making people laugh and feel instantly at ease. Combining clinical excellence with warmth and relatability, she bridges the gap between professionalism and personality, whether in the clinic, classroom, or on stage.
