Turning feels restricted
Checking a blind spot, looking up or moving after a long spell at a desk feels stiff, painful or guarded.
An upper-body assessment and six one-hour Therapy + Rehab sessions for neck pain, stiffness and recurring tension.

Neck pain can make ordinary movement feel guarded and uncertain. We start with what is happening now, then build strength, movement and confidence around the demands of your real life.
Checking a blind spot, looking up or moving after a long spell at a desk feels stiff, painful or guarded.
Screen time, driving or repeated positions bring the same tension back despite temporary relief.
You want to get stronger or return to training without guessing which movements are useful.

Hands-on care may help some people, but the package is designed to leave you with more than temporary relief: a clearer understanding and a programme that develops with you.
We explain the assessment in plain language and focus on the movements and loads that matter to you.
Progressive work for the neck, upper back and shoulder area is introduced at the right level.
Your plan is adapted to desk work, driving, sleep, training and the demands you cannot simply avoid.
This package does not diagnose every cause of neck pain or guarantee a pain-free result. If the assessment suggests that medical investigation is needed, we will explain the appropriate next step.
A £140 upper-body assessment plus six one-hour sessions at £87 each would normally cost £662. The complete package is £497, saving £165 while keeping assessment, treatment and progression in one plan.
Your clinician adapts the plan to your symptoms, health, goals and current ability rather than pushing everyone through the same programme.
It may be used where helpful, but it is not the whole plan. The aim is to build movement, strength and confidence that carry into daily life.
We look at the pattern and help you change the dose of positions, movement and exercise rather than relying on perfect posture all day.
Not usually. If your symptoms or examination suggest that further medical investigation is needed, your clinician will explain the safest route.
Major trauma, a sudden severe or unusual headache, progressive arm weakness or numbness, loss of coordination, bladder or bowel changes, fever or feeling seriously unwell needs urgent medical assessment rather than a package booking.
