Walking or stairs have changed
You are shortening walks, avoiding hills or using the other side differently because the hip feels painful, weak or stiff.
One clear plan for hip pain: a full first assessment, six one-hour Therapy + Rehab sessions and regular progress reviews for £497.
Hip pain can affect walking, stairs, sleep, sitting and exercise. We assess the hip and the way your lower body moves, then build a progressive plan around what you need to get back to.
You are shortening walks, avoiding hills or using the other side differently because the hip feels painful, weak or stiff.
Long periods sitting, getting out of a chair or lying on the hip keeps provoking symptoms.
You need a clearer route back to the gym, running, golf, hiking or the activity that matters to you.

The package connects the first assessment to six supervised reviews, so progress is measured by what you can do rather than by a single test or scan alone.
We explain what the clinical assessment suggests and identify the movements and loads that matter most.
Strength, control and load tolerance are progressed with treatment added where it helps the active plan.
The programme develops toward walking, stairs, work, the gym, running or sport rather than stopping at basic exercises.
This package does not guarantee a pain-free hip. Ultrasound is included only when clinically indicated and is used for relevant soft-tissue questions; it does not diagnose every cause of hip pain or deep-joint pathology.
A £149 first appointment plus six one-hour Therapy + Rehab reviews at £87 each would normally cost £671. The complete package is £497, saving £174. Where clinically indicated, a £129 diagnostic ultrasound is included at no extra charge, taking the potential value to £800 and the potential saving to £303.
Your clinician adapts the plan to your symptoms, health, goals and current ability rather than pushing everyone through the same programme.
Diagnostic ultrasound of relevant soft tissues is included when your clinician considers it clinically useful. It is not performed automatically when it would not change the plan.
Ultrasound is not used to diagnose every cause of hip pain or deep-joint arthritis. If other imaging or medical review is appropriate, your clinician will explain the route.
Yes. Movement, strength, symptoms and the activities that matter to you are reviewed throughout the six sessions so the plan can progress.
A significant fall or injury, inability to bear weight, a hot swollen joint, rapidly worsening weakness, fever, unexplained illness or severe unrelenting pain needs prompt medical assessment rather than a package booking.
